Un nouvel article présentant différents travaux de recherche sur l'activité antifongique de la réutérine réalisés dans le cadre de la chaire de recherche Metabiolac a  été publié dans le journal International Journal of Food Microbiology. Son titre est: Quantitative antifungal activity of reuterin against food isolates of yeasts and moulds and its potential application in yogurt.
